All I want for christmas is an Ipod Touch or an Iphone for myself. I have trouble calling home from school and getting a ride home as well. I really think I would benefit also by having an Ipod Touch because I deal with a lot of calling and I do dance at school as well.

In the past one month American Airlines has lost the luggage of two people I know, plus my own. Three different flights, on three different days, three lost baggage claim reports, and still no baggage. None of us have seem a dime yet for Single items up to 2,000 dollars. They are rude and unhelpful. All of us flew from Houston to New York La Guardia through Chicago. I am seriously warning whomever reads this not to fly American Airlines. They have the cheapest ticket rates out there right now, and this is why. They are a horrible airline with absolutely horrible, heartless, unhelpful and most of the time unattainable customer service. Something should be done.

American Airlines has its nerve. Maybe they are not on time because their is too much action going on between pilots and stews behind the scenes. I was on a flight where the entire cabin was neglected for hours because the pilots were grabbing stewie action in the front of the plane. I am sick of its poor service and stewtude. I am sure they have good crews, but I have never expereinced running into anything but jerks when I flew AA. AA is falling fast. It is a ridiculous airline. I read AA is calling itself the leaders in the “Oneworld Alliance” Isn’t that affiliated with oneworld goverment and antichrist prophecy? Nice.

Yeah maybe they could feed those severence packages and all these supposed gains in productivity back down to the average american worker, who actually buys stuff, and supports this economy, so that we don’t go into a recession next year. But nah, let’s just keep giving money to rich people who don’t increase their consumer goods spending, and let’s keep pouring more money into other countries. That’s got to be the correct strategy, i’ll get someone rich to convince me of it.

I think what happens is that when you are young, you get the (erroneous) conviction that the world is a relatively static place that you are striving to understand. You believe that when you are older, you will figure it out because you’ll be smarter and more experienced and will finally get things. But as you grow and change, the world changes along with you and stays incomprehensible, filled with stuff that’s new and weird to you. So you move along but you never quite get traction. And you look back on older times and remember them, through the haze, as simpler, easier, better… maybe because you were more convinced, then, that it was real and solid and relatively immutable and could, in the end, be figured out. Now you know better. And all the phone booths are gone.

It’s the evening time of the day, Sept 11th 2001. Bush says to Mr. Richard Clark, Who did this? Mr. Richard Clark says our top countrys that are suspect are Iran, Pakistan and a few others. What about Iraq says our President? Mr. Richard Clark (cabinet memeber and terriorist czar) we have not been able to link terrorism with Iraq? President says, what about Iraq. President says, go look again. Meaning find something. Later Mr. Richard Clarks position is removed as residing cabinet memeber. Demoted, if it were a corp. gig.
Fast forward to Dec 2007. President Bush again does not believes in our government. He rejects the report that Iran has not been seeking nuclear weapsons since 2003.
If its not OIL then its not an American brand or American corporation that our President is willing to worry about.

This reminds me of a commercial I saw a few years ago around Christmastime. A man is shopping in a crowded mall. He passes by a cart selling bobbleheads and stops to look at them. They stand there in neat plastic rows, staring and grinning and bobbling at him. He begins to stare back, walks toward them transfixed, and just starts to bobble his head too when a woman taps him on the shoulder and says,
“Excuse me. That’s not on anybody’s list.” He gets this “oh yeah I forgot!” look on his face, then the commercial makes its pitch for whatever.
